Spyderco’s Black Native 5 lightweight folder uses the premium CPM S35VN niobium-enriched stainless steel which is an improvement on the already awesome CPM S30V used by high end knife makers. The full flat grind keeps a razor sharp edge, it’s coated in a stealthy black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating and it’s part serrated with the Spyderco CombinationEdge. Jimping on the spine and choil prevent any forward slippage. The Black FRN handle uses Spyderco’s Bi-Directional Texturing which also improves gripping and the ergonomics is excellent. The pocket clip can be adjusted to allow tip up, tip down, left or right handed carry.
