Old Hickory knives have been in production since 1924 and they’re still as popular as ever. Owned by the Ontario Knife Company in the U.S.A and still made in America. Old Hickory knives are made with 1095 carbon steel so they do require you to dry them after use or they will rust. The antique brushed look of the blade and the brass riveted hickory handles give these knives their warm homely character. Could be used as a paring knife, steak, or utility knife.
