A 6″ household boning knife which can be used for meat processing and general slicing and cutting in the kitchen. Old Hickory have been hand crafting their line of rustic carbon steel kitchen knives since 1924 and they’re still just as popular as ever. The 1095 carbon steel will require you to clean and dry your knife after use to prevent rusting. A brushed blade and textured grooves give the knife an antiqued look and captures the character of Old Hickory knives. Could be used as a meat processing knife, boner, carving knife or a utility knife in the kitchen.
