Winner of the 2014 Blade Show’s “Best Buy Award” the Kershaw Emerson CQC-7K folder is a great carrying knife. It uses the wave design of custom knifemaker and martial artist Ernie Emerson which allows you to deploy the blade as you pull it out of your pocket. The modified tanto blade features a satin finish on the upper part and a stonewash finish on the grind. A round thumb disk allows for easy one handed opening when you’re not using the Emerson wave technology to open the knife. Black textured G10 is used on the front of the handle and the back is solid stainless steel which allows for the framelock locking mechanism. The pocket clip is reversible for left and right handed tip up carry.
